The day has finally arrived. The team officially set off early this morning to begin their life living on the streets for 5 days. Despite the rainy and cold weather, the 9 guys and 3 girls are in high spirits and ready to take on the challenge.
Half the team are on their way to Summerstrand Village to collect old boxes and plastic packets whilst the other half are on their way to the Summerstrand tip to find supplies and materials to help build their new home.
It may prove to be a grueling and chilly day for the 12 participants but with the end goal in mind, nothing can easily dissuade their determination.
